Sally Delacroix, Tri-Optimum CEO

Director Sally Delacroix is one of the small number of staff making up the recently re-started Tri-Optimum corporation. They specialize in finding information and selling it to the people that want it, and have absolutely nothing at all to do with autonomous A.I research... That would be illegal after all. They also have contacts with cybernetics companies and have access to experimental cybernetics and rare enhancement technologies. Tri-Optimum is currently based in Eden Spire, but serves the information needs of all corporations and even the UIG.

Sally Delacroix is the company CEO and also handles all interactions with customers thanks to her unique "skills". A fortune has been spent on her cybernetic and biological augments, all of which are focused on cosmetics and people skills; if she wants you to pay attention to her there is very little you can do to avoid it.

It is not known how Director Delacroix commands so much presence, but experimental cybernetic/biological enhancements are suspected. When meeting with her in person it is advisable to remain focused on your mission and not allow her to speak for an extended period of time; even E.I agents have a problem keeping track of their allotted budgets when she starts explaining how important her information is. Background checks indicate that prior to becoming CEO of Tri-Optimum she was working somewhere in the commercial zone of Eden Spire, but exact details have somehow been lost, along with her age and place of birth.
